Who is Strength & Wellness Coaching for?
Strength & Wellness Coaching is perfect for you if your health and fitness goals match any of those listed above. Coaching is suitable for all levels of experience. If you’ve never done a structured workout before or you’re a regular gym goer, I offer a level of coaching that will work for you. Coaching is available to anyone 16 years old and over.
My face to face services are located in Weston-super-Mare but if you’re not local and you still want to experience coaching, don’t panic! I have a range of options to choose from that you can do from wherever you live.
How does Strength & Wellness Coaching work?
Strength & Wellness Coaching takes a fully integrated approach to tackle any health and fitness goals. Coaching combines personal training, nutritional support, physiotherapy and sports massage therapy knowledge to provide recovery recommendations and where relevant, powerlifting coaching.
Strength Training
All clients who receive coaching will have a completely personalised strength training programme as I believe building on physical strength lays the foundation for reaching any health and fitness goal. This programme will be built to your abilities and will progress with you during your coaching journey.
Nutrition
I believe for you to get the best results from your training, you need a good understanding of your wider health and wellness which is why you will have access to individualised nutritional support and recovery guidance.
Nutritional support can help you understand how much you need to eat and drink, give you meal ideas and recipes and help build a sustainable, enjoyable relationship with food so you can properly fuel your body and enjoy the process. Getting your nutrition right will be a huge factor in how quickly you reach your goals.
Recovery
Recovery outside of exercise can be just as important as the exercise itself! Preventing injury, managing pain, creating a good sleep pattern and taking care of your body will keep your new routines sustainable and make sure you’re ready to take on each workout for the best results.
